We strive to provide you with the best experience and services possible. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might need to seek a refund. 1. Refund Eligibility for Services: Tarot Readings, Astrology Chart Readings, and Guided Rituals
1.1. Tarot Readings, Guided Rituals and Astrology Chart Readings:
  • Refunds are only available if the service has not been rendered yet.
  • Once the service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you wish to cancel your tarot reading or astrology chart reading before the service has been provided, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.
1.2. Downloadable Guided Ritual Tips:
  • Refunds for guided rituals are only available if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
  • Once you have accessed or downloaded the guided ritual, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you wish to request a refund for an unaccessed guided ritual, you must notify us within 48 hours of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the refund request.
2. Refund Eligibility for Products: Massage Candle Products
2.1. Unused and Unopened Products:
  • Refunds for massage candle products are available if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the product’s arrival at our facility.
2.2. Damaged or Defective Products:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective massage candle product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged or defective product.
